BUSINESS PROPOSAL
Problem : We need an cash injection to increase our output as well as a small processing plant so our products are able to export to ASEAN countries.
Products : Our products help consumers to achieve their goal in fitness. We already launched our product for around 8 months are the market reaction is good, customer like our product.
Business model : With lower price compared to foreign brand, our products are able to generate revenue of around RM8000-RM10000.00 per month for us in a small scale now, imagine if we make it into big scale, revenue per mth would be tripled.
Market opportunity: Our products are ready for market and already sold over 2000 units in 8 months. However due to limited fund, we unable to become a SDN BHD and we dont have a proper processing & packaging location.
Competitor : There are very less local competitior here in malaysia, most of the competitor are from foreign brand, which seller import from USA and sell here in Malaysia. Our edge leading point is lower price compared to foreign supplement brand.
Team: Yes. I am a good leader and decision maker.
